While ITCU loves seeing members in person, it has intentionally focused on adding robust, best-in-class, digital solutions to keep you "in touch" with your finances wherever (and whenever) you need and want them!
Digital Banking via our browser-based app includes services that you will use every day, and others that are there when you need them. Either way, we've got you covered! And business hours are now any and all hours you're using a desktop or laptop computer!
Pay all of your bills; transfer funds between your accounts at ITCU; or move money between your ITCU accounts and other accounts you own at other financial institutions using the Move Money tab found in Digital Banking. Pay family and friends (or anyone else you know or trust) through Zelle®. Set up domestic wire transfers and more.
Here's an extra feature you might not have expected: You can transfer money to other ITCU members in Digital Banking by selecting "Add an Account" under Move Money, and then "Send money to another InTouch Credit Union member." You'll need their name and account number before starting the transfer process but what a convenient service this is to have to pay close relatives and friends.

It's easy to keep tabs on your ITCU loans, too! Just log in and select a loan account from your Accounts page to see your next payment amount and due date, remaining loan balance and more. Pay your ITCU loan or credit card from your ITCU accounts or pay them with another financial institution account you own under the Move Money tab. Note: transferring funds from an external bank account does require set up under the Move Money tab, first.

Setting up account and transactions alerts is simple. You can choose to receive your alerts by text, email or push notification. Just navigate to Tools and choose the Alerts option. Review each category to enable the alerts you would like to receive.

Manage your finances using Financial Wellness, found inside the app under the Financial Well-Being tab. Track spending, categorize and view transactions by type, and set up savings goals. You can even view external accounts to view all of your transactions in one place.

To enroll in electronic statements, log into Digital Banking. If not already a Digital Banking user, go here to sign up, first.
Once you're logged into Digital Banking, click on Accounts and then click on eDocuments. (You may need to choose an account number, but only if prompted.) When the screen opens, click on the "View Statements" button. This will connect you to the enrollment site where you will complete the registration process. Use the same steps to make any changes and to view your eStatements.
