Fake ITCU Email in Circulation
Please note that some members have reported receiving an email or a text from sender, “Intouch Case Reporting Systems [[email protected]].” Please do not open, forward or open any attachment if you receive an email with this address.
Instead, delete the email immediately as this is not a legitimate InTouch Credit Union email address.
As always, be suspicious of texts or emails you aren’t expecting. Confirm the validity of any request before taking any action, especially if any contact, account or other private information is requested. If you wish to confirm the validity of
the call or email, look at your account statement, or go to our website to for how to reach us. If you are called, ask for the person’s name and tell them you will call back using the credit union’s main number (800-337-3328, option 5).
If that person works for InTouch, we will transfer the call to them to continue the conversation.
As a reminder, InTouch Credit Union does not ask for personal or account information when we call members. If you call us, we may ask for identifying information but that only applies when you call us, not when we call you.
