Debit or ATM Card Request or Report Lost / Stolen
Is your Debit or ATM card lost or stolen? Read this first:
Tip: Not 100% sure your debit card is lost or stolen? To temporarily suspend use of your debit card, click on the "Cards" icon in our mobile app to get to "MyCards." There you'll find an option to "turn off" the card until you're sure you won't find it. If you do, just turn it back "on." If you don't, use this form to report it. (MyCards option is not applicable to ATM cards.)
For lost or stolen ATM and Mastercard® debit cards, please call (800) 337-3328 during regular business hours to report the loss and immediately block your card.
For lost or stolen debit cards after business hours (24 hours a day, 7 days a week), please call (844) 773-1016.
