Need to check your balance on the go? Maybe you’re on vacation and you get that nagging feeling that you forgot to pay a bill? Don’t want to get off the couch to make a deposit?

In just a few moments with Mobile Banking, you can check your balance, view your recent transactions, deposit a check, send bill payments, transfer funds or pay anyone- just utilizing their cell phone number or email address.1

Using Mobile Banking, you can do all of this and more. Mobile Banking is a secure, convenient way to access your ITCU accounts anytime, anywhere, using your mobile device. ITCU offers you three easy, secure options with our iPhone® and Android™ app or text message (SMS) service.*

With the iPhone app  or Android app  (mobile only) you can:
  • View account balances
  • View account transactions
  • Transfer funds between your accounts and loans
  • Make a deposit utilizing Mobile Deposit Capture 2
  • Pay your bills 1
  • Easily send person-to-person payments to any email or mobile number, in as little as one business day, utilizing Popmoney® 1
  • Rest assured that your information is safe and secure
How to set up Mobile Banking Apps
  1. Open the Google Play Store or App Store on your Android or iPhone
  2. Search for “InTouch Credit Union” & select it
  3. Select “Install”
  4. Accept the Terms & Conditions and Download
  5. Open the App after the Download is complete
  6. Login using your Online Banking Login ID and password
  7. Start banking anytime, anyplace!

Want to check your balance without logging into your app? With Instant Balance, you can! Simply opt-in through the settings and after a quick setup, users can immediately see up to six account balances on their screen just by opening the app!

Text Message (SMS) Banking

With the text message version you can:
  • View account balances
  • View account transactions
  • Get alerts sent via text message
  • Rest assured that your information is safe and secure
To learn more, visit the Mobile Banking FAQ. All you need to get started is an eligible account with Online Banking and a mobile device that can send and receive text messages and/or has access to the Internet. Privacy Policy can be found here. Message and data rates may apply.

How do I get started with Text Message Banking?
You can register for Mobile Banking through the Online Banking service. Be sure to turn on your mobile phone and that it’s ready to receive text messages. When you register for Mobile Banking, you can choose which:
  • Services you want to use: text, alerts, web, or all three!
  • Accounts you want to access
During registration, you will receive a text message with a unique activation code to verify your phone number. This code associates your mobile phone with your account. To complete registration, enter the activation code into Online Banking via your computer. This verification lets you know your mobile phone number has been successfully registered in our system.

How to set up Text or Web Mobile Banking
  1. Logon to Online Banking via computer
  2. Click the Self Service Tab
  3. Under the Additional Services section, click the Mobile Banking link.
  4. You will be presented with Mobile Banking Terms and Conditions
  5. Accept Terms and Conditions and click Continue
  6. Select the accounts you wish to manage via Mobile Banking
  7. Enter the cellular number of the phone which you are registering
  8. Click continue
  9. Select the services you wish to use from Mobile Banking
  10. Click continue
  11. Mobile Banking will send you a text message with an activation code
  12. Enter your activation code into Online Banking via computer
  13. Start banking with Any Device – Anywhere – Anytime
