What's New with ITCU Digital Banking?

(Mobile Banking FAQs)

(Last Updated: 04/30/2024)

Q. Let's start at the beginning: What is Digital Banking?

A. "Digital Banking" is the collective name we are giving ITCU Mobile and ITCU Online Banking. "ITCU Digital Banking" will now refer to both the mobile and online experience members have when accessing their accounts electronically.

Q. What should I expect when I sign into Digital Banking for the first time?

A. A new, easier-to-navigate experience! Just make sure your user information is up to date, establish your password and enjoy the new Digital Banking.

Q. Will I need to change my Username/ID if I currently use ITCU's Mobile/Online Banking?

A. This information will be shared with ITCU Mobile/Online Banking users via email, as well as within Online Banking.

Q. What if I'm new to Digital Banking and am just now creating an account/login?

A. We look forward to introducing our Digital Banking platform to you, especially as a first-timer! New users will be able to register in Digital Banking a short time after we go live. (Look for more information soon.)

Q. What new features will be available for mobile users of Digital Banking?

A. The Digital ID feature allows you to expedite the member verification process when contacting the ITCU Contact Center. Mobile users will have the option to opt-into this feature upon logging into Digital Banking on their Mobile Device. (Mobile devices is required in order to utilize Digital ID.)

Q. Am I able to change/edit transaction categories in the Mobile App?

A. You sure are! In the Mobile App, you'll want to navigate to "Financial Well-Being," and then the "Financial Wellness" option. From there, tap "Select Account" and "Select Month" to go to the "Categories" circle. Select your transaction(s) and you can change the category from there.

Q. What is the Digital ID feature?

A. The new mobile experience from Digital Banking will offer some features members have been requesting, such as the ability to send messages to ITCU directly from the app. We'll have more news to share soon, and we think our members will be excited by these forthcoming features!

Q. After registering my mobile device with the new Digital Banking, I received a one-time code with letters (not numbers). Is this correct?

A. It is! When registering your mobile device to receive texts, alerts, etc., you will be sent an alpha code to the number you have associated with your Digital Banking account. Numerical-only codes will be used for logging into Digital Banking itself, however. (Please remember never to share this code with anyone. ITCU staff will never ask you for these codes.)
