Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to visit a branch to open or manage my account?

No. Accounts can be opened online, and most services can be enrolled and accessed digitally, without an in-person visit.

If I live in a city without an ITCU branch, will I still have access to in-person services if needed?

Yes. ITCU members can visit any one of our branch locations and have access to 5,000 shared-branch facilities across the country, too.

Does ITCU membership support people who move to a different city or state?

Yes. Once you become a member of InTouch Credit Union, your membership continues even if you move to a different city or state. With the convenience of digital banking, you can continue to manage your accounts with anytime access via desktop or mobile app.
