What's one thing that has made you smile recently?
The one thing that made me smile recently was when I received my "Sunshade" gift item from the Credit Union for my vehicle. It's so exciting for me, and my members ended up with a great win: The phone number was listed on our sunshade, which would provide our members and future members with the correct phone number to reach out to the Credit Union without having to search for it. What a thoughtful gift, ITCU.

Describe one of your favorite work memories.
A few months ago, I had a great experience with our Marketing team giving us all the keys to success for getting our video completed, which was so much fun. However, after re-shooting several times, we finally got the video project “Perfect". This would be my most favorable moment. Here at ITCU, we’re always looking to provide that exceptional first call service to ALL of our members and staff teammates.
