For Members (Prior to May 17, 2018)
If you are an Online Banking (OLB) user who had access prior to May 17 that has not logged in yet, or whose account has been locked since the conversion, please do not attempt to re-enroll as a new user by clicking on the link below or by visiting a mobile app store to reestablish access to OLB. Doing so will cause you to lose all bill pay merchant information and access to any linked accounts you had access to before the conversion.
Instead, please either refer to an email you may have received on one (or more) of the following dates: May 7, May 22 or May 31 for login instructions, or complete the form below, and one of our representatives will contact you within one business day to assist you.
For New Members (May 17, 2018 to present)
If you joined InTouch Credit Union on/after May 17, 2018 or have never enrolled in OLB, please complete the Online Banking enrollment process , or go directly to the applicable Android™/Apple® store to download the ITCU app if you wish to only use the mobile app. Please note that not all features of OLB are available via the Android and Apple apps. For the full OLB experience, we encourage you to log into OLB to familiarize yourself with its full features, even if you intend to primarily only use the mobile or tablet app.
