A. The 2023 ITCU Annual Meeting will be held at 6:00 p.m. (CT) on Friday, April 14, 2023, in the Sienna Room at the Hyatt Regency Frisco Dallas, located at 2615 Preston Road, Frisco, Texas 75034 .
A. ITCU's Annual Meetings are open to all current ITCU members with accounts in good standing.
A. If you're in town on April 14, you're welcomed to join the event in the Sienna Room at 6:00 p.m. Your ITCU member number will be required while signing in at the door, and you'll be set!
Or, if you'd rather attend virtually, you can do that, too. All you will need to do is register online and our Contact Center team will send you a link to the event. Beginning Monday, April 3, you can reach out to our Contact Center team or your local branch and request to be registered for the upcoming Annual Meeting event. For your registration, you will need to provide your name, email address, mailing address and a phone number. Once completed, you will receive a Zoom link to the email address you provided. On the day of the Annual Meeting, click that link before the 6:00 p.m. (CT) broadcast and you'll be set!
(Please note registrations must be requested between 8:00 a.m. (CT) Monday, April 3, and 12:00 p.m. (CT) Friday, April 14.)
A. If you're attending in-person, you'll be allowed to vote on applicable issues associated with the credit union, as well as be able to ask questions from the floor.
Our online attendees will not be able to vote, but will be able to submit questions during the Q&A portion of the event. However, if there are outstanding questions when the event ends, these will be addressed by ITCU at a later date.
