Please see the below FAQ for information about this year's events:

Q. When was the 2024 ITCU Annual Meeting?

A. The 2024 ITCU Annual Meeting will be held at 6:00 p.m. (CT) on Friday, April 5, 2024, in the Windrose Rooms 2-4 at the Renaissance Hotel - Plano Legacy West, located at 6007 Legacy Drive, Plano, Texas 75024.

Q. Who can attend the Annual Meeting?

A. ITCU's Annual Meeting will be open to all current ITCU members with accounts in good standing as long as seats are available. There will be a limited number of seats available at this year's Annual Meeting - if you are planning on attending, please be sure to register ahead of time to ensure an accurate headcount for seats and catering requirements.

(Please note Annual Meeting registrations must be requested between 8:00 a.m. (CT) Monday, March 4, and 5:00 p.m. (CT) Friday, March 22, or until seats are no longer available.)

Q. How do I register in advance to attend the Annual Meeting?

A. Our Contact Center staff will be happy to assist you with registering your seat at the upcoming Annual Meeting. Simply call (800) 337-3328, or contact us online.

(Please note Annual Meeting registrations must be requested between 8:00 a.m. (CT) Monday, March 4, and 5:00 p.m. (CT) Friday, March 22, or until seats are no longer available.)

Q. Is there anything I need to do to attend the Annual Meeting?

A. Reach out to our Contact Center at (800) 337-3328, or contact us online, to make sure you are registered for the upcoming Annual Meeting on April 5, or either of the Regional Celebrations on April 11 and April 18 (more on those below). 

And, be sure you have your ITCU member number (which will be needed while signing in at the door) at whichever event you attend.

(Please note Annual Meeting registrations must be requested between 8:00 a.m. (CT) Monday, March 4, and 5:00 p.m. (CT) Friday, March 22, or until seats are no longer available. More information on registering for the upcoming Regional Celebrations may be found below in this FAQ.)

Q. Is there anything else I should know before showing up to the Annual Meeting?

A. Yes, the event is only open to members with accounts in good standing. Non-members, including spouses and children over the age of 18, are not eligible to attend. Proof of membership may be required to attend these upcoming events.

And perhaps more importantly, attendees will also be able to win some prizes*!

Q. Wait, what's this about prizes? Do I have to be at the Annual Meeting or Regional Celebrations to win?

A. ITCU member attendees to the 2024 Annual Meeting, or 2024 Regional Celebrations in Michigan and Nevada, will have the opportunity to win one of several prizes simply by being in attendance! Watch this space for more information soon!

Q. Tell me more about the Celebrations in Michigan and Nevada.

A. Nevada members should plan to attend their Celebration on Thursday, April 11, while Michigan members should plan to attend their Celebration on Thursday, April 18.

The same attendance requirements will apply to these meetings. Member attendees will need to register with our Contact Center team (either online or through 800 337-3328) by COB Thursday, March 28, for the Nevada Celebration, and by COB Thursday, April 4, for the Michigan Celebration. Please be ready to provide your member number at the door!

And, yes, we look forward to awarding prizes to attendees of these events, too*!

(If you are planning on attending either Celebration, please be sure to register ahead of time to ensure an accurate headcount for seats and catering requirements. No registrations will be accepted at the door.)

Q. When and where will the Regional Celebrations in Michigan and Nevada take place?

A. Nevada members can attend their Regional Celebration on Thursday, April 11, beginning at 6:00 p.m. (PT) at The Smith Center for the Performing Arts, in the Troesh Studio Theater, located at 361 Symphony Park Avenue, Las Vegas, NV 89106.

Our Michigan members can attend their Regional Celebration on Thursday, April 18, starting at 6:00 p.m. (ET) at the Club Venetian Banquet Center, located at 29310 John R. Road, Madison Heights, MI 48071.

(Please be ready to present your member number at the door upon arrival and enjoy the Regional Celebration!)

(*Must be present to win. Prizes only available to attendees of 2024 Annual Meeting on Friday, April 5, 2024, or the 2024 Regional Celebrations on Thursday, April 11, 2024, or Thursday, April 18, 2024. Winners must be a member of ITCU prior to Thursday, February 29, 2024. Must be 18 or older; no purchase necessary. Winners will be responsible for any applicable taxes. ITCU employees and immediate family members are not eligible to win.)
