I would like to personally thank Maria for her patience and kindness. From the very first phone call, she has helped me in every way possible. Maria made the process as simple and easy for me as possible. She has great customer service skills, and is very responsive. I honestly wouldn’t want to deal with anyone else. I went to the Troy branch with numerous questions about my accounts (considering closing them due to experiences I've had since the new system went in and the changes to the checking accounts available). My time with Pealar changed my mind! Pealar took the time to explain each account features and what I need to do to for each account. She made several updates to my accounts. One of the best moments was when Pealar noticed that the savings accounts I set up fro my Grandchildren were set up as Regular Savings instead of the CHIPS Kids Accounts for children under 13, which pays higher interest. She changed them over and set up a Youth 12-month certificate for each of them. She also told me about the certificates available for me! Pealar is an outstanding Financial Assistant. I am grateful for the excellent customer care and concern.

Today I had the pleasure of conversing with Tracy Y. of the Member Care department. Tracy listened patiently and gave clear and helpful answers to my questions. Tracy also took the extra time to research my issues and provided a response that made me feel like a valued member of InTouch Credit Union. Great job, Tracy!

Sending big-big thumbs up/kudos to your service rep, Pealar, who called me for a "wellness check." What a pleasant surprise! She was extremely helpful with the few questions I had regarding refinancing a car loan, and updated me on CD rates with periods as low as 3 months. Such a pleasant and professional young lady deserves recognition.

Hello. I just want to say everyone at the Sterling office is very nice. Tapasri C. and Mary B. are wonderful! They make banking so easy.
